Michael comes with a long history in the design profession with experience in architectural project management, construction documents and design on many residential and commercial projects. Michael is a principal and the president at the AD Studio, LLC.
He has over 35 years professional experience in residential and commercial architecture. Before starting the AD Studio, he has worked for a number of firms and has gained a wealth of experience many different capacities. He is competent in the full range of architectural services including Marketing, Master Plan Development and in all areas of Design and Construction Documents. He also has extensive experience in Project Management and Construction Administration. Michael has completed, to his credit, a wide range of projects including residential and multi-family, churches, museums, restaurants, civic buildings, government, retail/office spaces, and warehouse and industrial facilities.
He is familiar with the codes and specification writing and is fluent in AutoCAD, DataCad and the Microsoft Office Suite. Michael has met all requirements the IDP program through NCARB and is currently completing the architecture exam.
Christine is the Vice President of the AD Studio. Licensed in Virginia, Christine has served in several capacities as an AIA member. In 2014, she completed service on the Virginia Society AIA Honors Committee, was the 2011Chairman of the Public Architects Advisory Group, an AIA Knowledge Community; was a Board member of the Virginia Society AIA serving on the Public Outreach Commission; Chairman of the Hampton Roads Chapter Architectural Week Committee, and the 2008 President of the Hampton Roads Chapter of the AIA.
With a passion for community service and educational activities, Christine has participated on juries for the Hampton University School of Architecture and an intercollegiate Architectural Design Competition at Howard University. She has also been a guest at Hampton University’s accreditation review visit by the NAAB. Christine served on the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for the City of Rockville, Maryland. She has successfully completed two years of a four-year term on the Virginia DPOR, Board of Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects (APELSCIDLA). Her love for the profession has propelled her into volunteering and serving on committees for the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB). In addition, she has participated at Career Day programs for various High Schools, continues to mentor High School students, and serves on the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) committee for the Diversity and Inclusion Council at Jefferson Lab.
Christine is also passionate about promoting sustainability in design and construction, and is a member of the US green Building Council (USGBC) and Global Green USA. Listed below are some of Christine’s professional accomplishments.
Wendell T. Green is in Association with the AD Studio. Licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, Wendell is an AIA member.
As founder of WTG Design Architects, Mr. Green has committed himself to the area creating sound and functional design. He has established himself as an experienced technical consultant, with a background in the private Architectural firm arena, and as an educator at the college level.
Mr. Green has been a project manager for more than ninety (90) various projects over the last forty-five years. He has participated on the design team in the production of new church facilities, education and multipurpose additions, and Family life and Christian centers. He is well respected throughout the Hampton Roads Area.
